How much is my shipping?

FREE Shipping is included with most of the items in our webstore.  Our vendors and products are located Canada wide so shipping can vary.  YES some items can be shipped outside of Canada.  Call us Toll Free: 1-844-694-9021 for an INTERNATIONAL quote.

I forgot my password.

Click the "Login" link at the top of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.

How do I return my product?

We gladly accept returns and exchanges.
  • Just contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  • Ship items back to us within 30 days of delivery.
  • We don't accept cancellations but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
  • Custom or personalized orders or items on sale can't be returned or exchanged
  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

I received the wrong product.

At checkout International Shipping is available for most of our products.

When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?

Be sure to select the correct shipping option at checkout.   Depending upon the item - and the vendor - some items are only available for pickup.  Be sure to select the correct vendors shipping method or pickup option. Once selected any additional charges not included will be automatically calculated and added to your order prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.
